LCS has a clear understanding of the building and construction processes and we ensure we only employ skilled and reliable workers delivering timely brick and block work suited to each project and customer requirements.

Our brick work area covers many facets of the trade including new building extensions, brick veneer or solid brick for single story, double story, commercial buildings.

We undertake all type of brickwork for owner builders, building contractors, property managers and developers. In many older style properties, the most common problem will be cracks in brickwork and these areas can be easily identified and resolved.

Carpentry

LCS can offer carpentry and joinery services for remedial works and office interior or all general property renovations, handyman jobs, fencing, decking or building extensions, large or minor repairs, carports and roofing extensions.

Fitting sliding doors, hinged doors, timber wardrobes or custom built wardrobes and all types of commercial and office interior fittings.

At LCS we are serious about building surveying and roof inspections, we use state of the art equipment to capture thermal images showing defects, heat loss. water ingress and so on.

We often use drones for our roof inspections and we are able to see every square inch, no matter how hidden or difficult to access it is. Our drone pilots are highly trained, skilled and experienced, CAA registered and insured.
